The answer is 100% YES and proud of it. Nothing is pre-manufactured or pre-made. We purchase high quality materials and then after you place your order, we create your custom wreath to your specification and style. Production times vary for each Made-To-Order wreath so please see each listing for details.

Custom and personalized orders

Dried floral wreaths are considered custom and are also difficult to ship back to me. They are perishable unlike artificial wreaths so I can't accept returns or exchanges. No returns on any dried floral item.

Wreaths were you choose your size, design options are CUSTOM MADE and therefore returns are exchange only. Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. If the wreath is damaged a customer can file a claim with the shipping company. If the wreath is made in only one size or type then it is returnable for a refund.

Each of my customers expects to receive the highest quality product when they order and a resold dried floral item does not meet my quality standards. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Costs and Information

We ship USPS and UPS Ground. Quotes on expedited shipping are available upon request. Alaska, Hawaii, west coast and some rural areas shipping costs will exceed the shipping cost paid for 48 states if I am offering it at the time. International orders are shipped USPS Insured Priority Mail International to avoid additional brokerage fees but also to arrive quickly (6-10 business days). We always do our best to determine the cheapest and quickest shipping method.

Your processing time is listed on your order but your ship time will vary as you are distant from Pennsylvania.

Return shipping costs and initial shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are not accepted without contacting me first please.

What is Rush Processing?

In order to save you the high cost of expedited shipping, rush processing services are available. Our processing times can be longer then your ship time. Instead of paying for expedited shipping which may not cut much time off you receiving your wreath, you can purchase Rush Processing to expedite your order.

Our employees will work overtime to make and ship your order without affecting our normal work load and your order will be processed in 1 day or 2-3 days (fees vary).

How is the Diameter of a wreath measured?

The Diameter of a wreath is not measured by the frame used to make the wreath. It's measured by the material on the front of the wreath. This is due to the fact that different frames can be used to make the same wreath.

Diameter is measured from edge to edge of the material across the front middle of a wreath. Most of my wreaths use frame sizes that are 4 inches smaller then the overall wreath size. For instance, I use a 12 inch frame to make a 16 inch wreath.

What is the standard wreath size for a front door?

Most front doors are 36 inches wide so the standard size is a 20 inch (slightly more then 1/2 the width of the door).

If unsure I recommend taking a tape measure to your door to measure out the different sizes on your door. This will provide a visual for you to see if that width is the right size. You can also have someone hold the tape measure up for you and step back to see it from far away.

Size is a personal preference so what looks good to you is the correct size! :-)

Cancelling an order

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering. Your ship date is shown when ordering. I work long hours during busy seasons so please do not cancel because your order has not shipped prior to your ship date. My work is made to order and please be patient or order much earlier prior to seasonal peaks. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

All wreaths are custom size and specification. Please contact me if you have a problem or damage and I will try to rectify any issue.

Custom bows or monograms are not returnable. Customers are responsible all return and initial shipping costs for returns.

Eucalyptus, wheat, and other dried floral material are not refundable. Full 50 yards of ribbon are returnable in their new unwrapped condition. If you purchase ribbon in other sizes that we cut for you (10, 25, 30 yards etc.) they are not refundable.

Color variation with material can happen and is not the fault of my shop. As long as the colors are close, (i.e. orange not red), then the wreath is made to specification and not returnable.

Credits

Any credit received for a return must be used within the calendar year of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Substitution of materials used in design

Materials pictured can vary from year to year as vendors change designs. I do my best to accurately give you the same wreath pictured but sometimes certain accessories might be slightly different. I reserve the right to make substitutions for materials in any wreath as long as the product as a whole is the same. If you have any concerns about any of my design please write me prior to making the wreath.
